Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year
Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Mayfair
Monday – Friday, 08:00: 17:00
The Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be required to provide engineering & maintenance support on a daily basis encompassing reactive, ppm and testing & inspection tasks
Undertake Quality Assurance (QA) audits ensuring all procedures are followed.
• COSHH awareness
• Water treatment (L8) knowledge would also be of benefit
• Basic HV knowledge would also be desirable
• Good written and oral communication skills
• A good working Knowledge of hot water pressure systems and there controls
• Air Handling and recoupervents
• Current Gas Safe qualifications
• PC literate and able to use Microsoft packages
The Mechanical Engineer must have the following:
C&G 2140 Engineering Systems Maintenance
C&G 6017 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (level 2)
C&G Plumbing /Equivalent C&G 6189/6129
Gas Safe certification
Hot water pressure systems
