Stock Coordinator

Salary: £28,770 – £33,570 per year

Our client is a global brand seeking an experienced stock controller/inventory manager to manage their stock operations across a large site. This role can involve working in the yard and other site areas outdoors.

You will be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is happy with a varied role where no two days are the same. 

Duties will include

• Inputting stock precisely/data entry relating to inventory management
• Receipt of goods including loading and unloading of stock
• Preparing Stock for sale and organising the yard/staff.
• Performing stock checks on a regular basis ensuring all stock is accounted for at all times. Swift discrepancy resolution
• Photographing stock.
• Dealing with enquiries from customers and suppliers.

You will have the following skills/experience:

•  Yard work with a sound knowledge of Stock Control/inventory management
• Previous experience in stores or similar within manufacturing, distribution, warehouse or plant hire useful
• IT literacy including MS Office, email and stock management systems.
• Stores operative/stores manager/stores supervisor/stock controller or similar
• Knowledge of and ability to operate vehicles/equipment is desirable.
• Motivated, highly organised person who enjoys a challenge and is not adverse to heavy lifting as required plus working outdoors as required

• Willingness to work extra hours during busy periods.
