Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year
Regional Support Manager / Relief Manager- Troubleshooter required
Covering circa services across Surrey and London
£50,000 – £55,000 + Car
Remit
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a prestigious luxury provider to be recruiting for a Regional Support Manager to cover 10 – 15 homes across London, Surrey and the Home Counties. You will be reporting to your Regional Managers to provide support and leadership to the homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a General Manager or Home Manager to take the next step in their career. It is essential for the successful candidate to have in depth knowledge of CQC Guidelines. It is essential that you have an active NMC pin for this role, my client is seeking proven operators with a nursing home background.
The Candidate
My client is looking for a Dynamic and driven individual who has ambition to develop. You will also need to a proven track record within the private sector. Candidates with a proven track record in troubleshooting are recommended to apply.
Requirements (Essential)
Valid Clean Driving licence
Passion for Elderly care
Multi-site experience
Previous budgetary responsibility
CQC exposure
Active NMC pin
Commutable from
This role is covering London, Surrey & the Home Counties
Interview Process
The interview process will be in a two stage format.
Stage One
Informal chat with the Regional Manager to discuss suitability towards the role and understand in more depth.
Stage Two
Invitation to formal interview with Regional Manager and Director of Operations
