Our Swansea branch are currently in the market to add quality to their Mumbles team through the appointment of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

Experience is not necessary, you just need to demonstrate the ability to sell, develop your own workload and build lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients. The recruitment industry typically suits candidates who are bright and enthusiastic, showing a high work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience coupled with a unique commission structure.

Typical duties of the role will include:

Screening and profiling candidates
Calling a portfolio of clients to win business
Writing adverts
Arranging interviews and controlling the overall recruitment process for clients
