Operations Assistant

Operations Assistant – Food – North London – Salary: £26,000per year

An Operations Assistant is required on a permanent basis for a growing distributor of food located in North London. Previous experience working with FMCG will be highly beneficial.

Operations Assistant Responsibilities:

Sales Order Entry
Updating activities on SAP for delivery detail information received from Supplier/Freight Forwarder
Ensure that all Purchase Order Information is kept up to date
Administering returns of goods when a return has been agreed
General administration as required by the operations department.Operations Assistant Requirements:

Experience in a similar position within an Operations team is essential.
Experience using SAP or a similar system is ESSENTIAL
Experience in stock control for a 3PL provider is an advantage
Have a good telephone mannerPackage

Salary: £26,000per yeardependant on experience
