Briefly, your responsibilities would include:
Demonstrating Leadership whilst
· Managing the organisation- Maintaining and enhancing an open and supportive culture for staff, strong budget management, participate in the development of robust policies and working practices, quality assure work and all care outcomes.
· Managing Human Resources – Recruit, shape and train new staff and integrate with existing excellent care providers to ensure a ‘family’ supportive culture is maintained and developed
· Manage Care Services – pro-actively lead and develop excellent links with all support agencies, suppliers, staff and regulatory bodies to guarantee the home is exceeding all care and nursing standards, that service users rights are at the forefront of care standards, care plans are ‘live’ documents and constantly evaluated and developed & that you evaluate standards of care and nursing

Are you the sort of Registered Care Manager that will succeed?

We are seeking someone who:

· Has worked in care for a minimum of 3 or 4 years
· Has previous care home experience
· Has achieved or is working toward a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or Level 3 and who can demonstrate the passion and drive who will immediately undertake a Level 5 qualification.
· Has achieved or working toward RMA
· Health & Social care background
· Has experience of CQC inspections
· It would be an advantage if you has an awareness of dementia

The package on offer for a single Registered Care Manager includes:

· A Basic Salary of £45,600 – £50,400p.a dependent upon your experience
· 10% of company profit – uncapped
