Salary: £60,000 per year
If you have a solid background and experience as a Service Manager and hold your Level 5 in Leadership in Management or equivalent, my client has a great role for you!
My client is developing Supported Living Services for individuals with learning disability for the local social services.
The service users have varying degrees of complex and challenging needs.
As the Service Manager, you will oversee 3 supported living services across Hillingdon, working alongside the Registered Manager and clinical lead to ensure that the organisation and it’s staff are delivering the highest quality, person centred support.
You will liaise with the team leaders, social workers, care managers and other professionals to ensure that the services achieve the desired outcome.
Good report writing skills are key and you must have experience of working with complex individuals with challenging behaviour.
This is a permanent full time role and the salary is up to £60,000per annum.
