Job Title: Project Manager – Fit-Out
Industry Sector: Contractors, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Fit-out, Joinery, Refurbishment, Retail Fit-Out, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Site Manager, Assistant Project Manager
Location: Doncaster or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £54,000 – £60,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Benefits: Car Allowance (£400 p/m) & Comprehensive Benefits Package
The role of Project Manager – Fit-Out will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Regularly liaising with Site Managers to monitor progress
- Attend pre contract and client meetings where required
- Conducting site quality checks
- Ensure the project is on schedule to be completed within the deadline
- Contact clients to deal with queries and resolve any issues
- Producing H&S documents for new projects
- Co-ordinate and plan the site, managing the programme all the way through to competition
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Project Manager – Fit-Out with
- Must have management experience within the fit-out market sector (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager, Senior Site Manager)
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes
- Resilient individual
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communicator written and verbally
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player, with excellent person management skills
