Site Manager (Freelance)

A hugely successful local construction business are looking to add to their well established team to help out on one of their many sites here in the South West of England.

They pride themselves on their existing relationships in the area, providing repeat business and building on a great reputation. The business work across many sectors on small works contracts up to around £1 million, including local authorities, schools, emergency services, insurance companies and community-based private and public sector organisations.

They are looking for a Site Manager for an initial 6 month contract role on a new build and fit out site in Cornwall. Experience in industrial buildings with an element of setting out would be ideal although sue to the nature of the project, extremely competent Health & Safety skills are paramount.

The ideal candidate will have:

Good experience as a number 1 Site Manager, managing and leading small teams
CSCS, SMSTS, 1st Aid
Experience in working on factories, industrial units and warehouses
