Non-Residential Caretaker

Salary: £26,000per year(depending on experience)

My client; a top housing association; due to growth of company is currently seeking 6 experienced Caretakers. For this role you MUST have a full UK driving licence (ideally clean) with access to your own car as you will be required to travel within the North East Neighbourhood. You MUST have a good standard of writing, numeracy and IT skills as you will be required to use a PC at times.

Key Responsibilities

You will be maintaining communal areas within the blocks on the estates.
You will carry out communal cleaning & grounds maintenance
Carry out small communal maintenance repairs
Have due regard to health & safety and security issuesKnowledge and Skills Required

Must have previous Caretaker / Handyman experience
Full UK driving licence (ideally clean) with access to own car
Ability to carry out a variety of repair jobs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under own initiative
Proactive approach in daily activities
