Residential Support Worker

Salary: £26,000 per year

Residential Support Worker: Runcorn WA7 – £18,089 – £20,198 plus Enhancements

You will need to maintain records and produce concise and accurate reports for children and young people while on shift.

Salary & Enhancements Breakdown:

·Salary: £26,000per year.

·Plus approx. £3,000 – £6,000 sleep-in allowance pa.

·£62.64 per sleep-in, working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month.

·£26,000– this is the sliding scale of the yearly salary.

• 08:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 08:00 (sleep-in)
• Full & Part-time hours

Essential Requirements:

·Experienced preferred but don’t need qualifications as training allows you to gain them as you go.

·We want to recruit people who are resilient, flexible and have a natural caring disposition.

·It’s important to understand that this role is not a Monday to Friday 9 – 5.

·The role involves working shifts and sleep-ins, we are flexible and happy to discuss full or part time hours.

·You will be supported by the existing team and management.
