This is a great opportunity to join a leading South West London property company. They are looking for a motivated and driven individual to be an integral member of their busy lettings team. They offer a very competitive package; a recent trainee we placed with this company is now on target to exceed £26,000+ in his first year.

Package:
Basic: £10-14k (depending on experience)
Guarantee: £22k for first 4 months
Commission: 10% personal commission
OTE: £30-35k (1st year), £45k+ (2nd year)
Company Car: Yes
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (every other Sat)

Interview process:
2 stage interview process for the successful applicant. Both 1st and 2nd stage interview will be with the company Director.
