Senior Site Chemical Engineers

Our client is currently recruiting for Senior Site Chemical Engineers at their Billingham site in Teesside to support the strategic growth of their manufacturing capabilities. These are exciting opportunities for ambitious individuals to work on one of the largest Methyl Methacrylate producing sites in the world.

The main focus of the role of Senior Site Chemical Engineer is to utilise your technical development management skills and expert process technology knowledge to manage and coordinate the resolution of technical issues and plant operational problems. You will also have the opportunity to use your expert knowledge to define, champion and implement plant improvement programmes.

To be successful in this role you will be a degree qualified (or equivalent) Chemical / Process Engineer with significant process design and manufacturing support experience, in a COMAH registered (high hazard) chemical manufacturing environment. You will also need to be experienced in leading a team in an environment with challenging process technology.
