Location: UK Based Milton Keynes and Chiswick (with some national travel)

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join their HR team on a 12 month contract as a Recruitment Manager / Head of Resourcing.
About the role:
Primary purpose of the Head of Resourcing & Development is to drive best practice through the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across the UK businesses, delivering solutions against both long term resource plans and short-term tactical recruitment plans. As an integral member of the HR team and a critical lead within the HR Services team, this role supports the development of the company resourcing pipeline and provides input into the forecast workforce plans.
In this 12 month fixed term period you will develop and deliver on critical projects in line with the Resourcing strategy, including reviewing the RM system, defining the psychometrics strategy, brand awareness initiatives and resource planning. You will also proactively review and improve recruitment related tools, templates and policies ensuring best practice and consistency is applied at all times. Supported by a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator and an L&D Advisor, the Head of Resourcing & Development takes responsibility for providing the HR team with effective recruitment support and learning solutions that clearly contribute to the effective development and business performance of the user departments.
Your experience will include:
– Managing multiple projects from initial idea through to full implementation.
– Strategy creation and implementation
– End to end recruitment including methodology, screening, competency based interviewing and offer management
– Working knowledge of psychometrics – qualified Level A and B would be an advantage
– Experience of coaching and managing a team
– Strong relationship management
– Working as part of an enthusiastic, proactive and supportive team
– CIPD qualified

Our client is offering a highly competitive starting salary of circa £50-60k, plus car or car allowance.
