Telephone Customer Service Advisors

We are currently recruiting Temporary to permanent Customer Service Advisors to work for a busy and fast growing finance and sales establishment.
The success full applicants must have previous customer service experience in a call centre or office based environment.
Good computer skills are required along with a positive can do attitude!

The position will involve taking inbound customer calls, dealing with customer and product queries, placing orders, taking payments, up selling products/extra’s, dealing with delivery queries, handling with customer issues and complaints.

Good rates of pay, car parking facilities!

This is not a cold calling targeted environment!
