Your Responsibilities will include:

* Treating individuals with care and dignity
* Working well in a team to deliver exceptional care to others
* Meeting national care standards
* dealing with aspects of personal care

What we need from you:

* Proven track record working within care
* Flexible availability to work additional shifts as well as days, evenings and weekends
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Full UK drivers licence with use of car (desirable)
