Project Manager – Stone Cladding

Salary: £204 per hour

Project Manager required with an understanding of stone cladding. Happy to employ the Project Manager on a PAYE or Self-employed basis

We are working alongside a £170m turnover main contractor who have an 80,000 square foot modular building, facades and aluminium window systems manufacturing plant in the Midlands area. They a keen to recruit an experienced Project Manager ideally with stone cladding experience to oversee a large contract in the London area. The scheme is a £50m new build residential project in Loughton, Essex. 

The Project Managers will be predominately Site based and will be responsible for:

Managing the installing of the cladding system through to completion and sign off.

Working positively and collaboratively with clients and all members of the site team

The Project Managers will ensure Health, Safety and the Environment their first priority in all decisions and actions.

Manage and deliver all construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner that causes least disruption.

Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project.

To report openly and honestly at all times, acknowledging problems, analysing and providing seeking solutions.

To take responsibility and ownership for the entire project.

The Project Manager will need to have a background in building envelopes, with a strong background in stone cladding installation and experienced at taking projects from concept to completion. The Project Manager will be capable of running a project and achieving quality and commercial success. Ideally you will possess relevant certification i.e. health and safety, CSCS, first aid, SMSTS etc.
