Salary: £48,000 – £52,800 per year
Our client is a leading, privately owned, highly successful international, specialist food related manufacturer with several sites in the UK and Europe.
The company has a ‘rich heritage’ and has been operating for many years employing a loyal and dynamic workforce of around 350 across the group and has created a friendly and supported culture.
The Maintenance Engineers are responsible for the upkeep of all machinery within the plant including preventative/planned maintenance programmes and all relevant documentation, plant inspection, fabrication, installation, highlighting safety issues and recommending improvements.
We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer from a production plant environment with experience of working with instrumentation, PLC’s and inverters with a logical approach to electrical fault finding and repairs with the ability to read and understand electrical drawings and have fabrication skills and mechanical maintenance.
Working hours Mon – Fri – 8am to 5pm with 1 in 3 weeks on-call coverage.
Salary to suit experience, plus call out, plus 10% bonus, 8% contributory pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
