We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a rapidly expanding, highly successful business based in East London. You will manage a small sales team in this pan-European, fast paced and established office. The Sales Manager will coordinate with all areas of the business in order to identify opportunities, streamline processes and maximise efficiency. You must have the ability to act on your own initiative to lead the team, manage your own accounts and develop new business opportunities.

You will:
* Have the ability to communicate in perfect English (verbal /written)
* Be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike
* Be self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to hit targets
* Be able to maintain momentum and keep morale high
* Have a proven track record in selling B2B (retail)
* Have experience managing a team, ideally within a sales environment

Sales Manager must haves:
* Excellent presentation skills
* A flair for Inspirational leadership
* Strong organisational and planning techniques
* A flexible and proactive approach to workload
* Good problem solving and decision making skills
* Strong analytical know-how and ability to draw logical conclusions from a limited set of data
* A Proficiency in Microsoft suite of packages
