Static Electrical Supervisor/Manager £40 – £44k – EC1 London

About the company:

My client are a national M&E engineering company with 5 offices based nationwide, they undertake contracts on either a partnering, predesigned or design & build basis, followed up by a comprehensive maintenance and FM service. They provide service to the commercial, retail, critical and industrial end clients.
The role:
My client requires a static electrical supervisor/lead engineer to carry out the following:
– Plan and schedule all planned preventative/reactive maintenance activities for building, plant and equipment

– Responsible for the safety of building fabric and mechanical and electrical plant and equipment and for safe working practices.

– Keeping all log books up to date

– Managing and directing staff in a safe and efficient manner and conducting personal performance evaluations of staff in accordance with policies and procedures.

– Responsible for the maintenance and operation of services to the site including supervision of contractors.

– First point of call for the client, quoting small works and addressing out any staffing issues

– To establish and monitor systems to ensure that maintenance standards are to the optimum with the resources available

– To be the HVAP on site.

– Managing a team of 4 M&E Engineers

The site is a very large commercial site with 11 floors and a real constant flow of M&E work, the ideal candidate will be a strong electrical supervisor with his HVAP cert and relevant electrical qualifications.
This is a great role to become a Supervisor within one of London’s most iconic buildings.

In return my client is welling to pay a basic salary of up to £48,000 – £52,800.
