We are currently looking to recruit Senior Care Day to join the team. Successful candidates for this role will be looking for a position where they can provide the residents with the life that they deserve in an environment that nurtures and develops. This role invites candidates who are experienced in developing and implementing person centred care plans, mentoring and coaching care team including supervisions, administering medication, assisting in the monitoring quality assurance using a comprehensive audit suite, reporting directly to the Care Manager.
