Senior Staff Nurse

Salary: £40,366 – £57,347 per year

Due to recruiting an exceptional team of newly qualified Nurses and being close to having a full compliment of Nurses, we are now looking for Senior Staff Nurses to support and develop them on their journey across our new and established wards.

We have decided to focus on growing our existing group of dedicated Senior Staff Nurses to create the region’s largest group of experienced, committed and supportive Senior Staff Nurses based in one secure hospital. Bringing kindness and a happy disposition to the ward is key to our culture of care. As part of that strategy, we recently announced a new salary structure designed to reward and recognise commitment by our Nurses. Depending on hours, experience and attendance, pay rates are rising by between 8% and 15%

Job Requirements:

You will be a qualified Nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN with 4+ years’ experience, can lead a shift, act as a mentor and manage a team whilst prioritising patient care. You will have a real passion for leading your shift teams in delivering safe care that you can be proud of and you will be comfortable making clinical decisions. Both flexible and adaptable to the needs of the patient you will have a real desire to improve the lives of those around you, take real satisfaction in making a difference to patients and enjoy up-skilling the support staff working for you.
