Trainee Recruitment Consultant

SEC Pharma is pleased to announce a rare and unique opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Pharma division. This is a great role for an individual with some recruitment experience in a Life Science industry (but not essentially) or a person from sales background. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and other European language. This position provides you with the opportunity to learn more about the market to then become a Senior Consultant.

You role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer would involve:

*Proactively searching for candidates, using various tools, platforms and headhunting
*Screening and qualifying candidates
*Maintaining and building strong and lasting relationships within the industry
*Networking
*Working against tight deadlines and targets

The ideal candidate will:

*Have Life Science recruitment experience or sales background (but not essential)
*Be very proactive and eager to learn
*Be well organised and able to work with the unexpected
*Have a great sense of urgency
*Not mind working under pressure and towards targets
*Be a great communicator
*Be commercially aware and have strong numeracy skills
*Be keen to join a company whose core values are based upon Trust and Integrity
*Be fluent in English and another European language (French, German, Italian)
