Recruitment Consultant Trainee

Salary: £26,000 per year

Location: Stratford upon Avon – Working remotely from home

Hours: Part time: 25 hours a week, flexitime to suit your needs, £26,000 per year plus excellent commission package – Full training provided

Working for the UK’s fist social enterprise recruitment agency you will learn how to become a Recruitment Consultant and gain a sense of satisfaction from supporting both the community and the environment.

As a small recruitment agency we’re currently in a growth phase so the role offers lots of opportunity to grow and career progression. You will be trained to engage with new and existing clients, find candidates and organise interviews.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

Learning to be a Recruitment Consultant can be very exciting and offers a great salary due to the commission available. You will need to be hard working, self motivated and have good communication skills.

The role includes:

• Researching and contacting potential new clients to find out what staff they need

• Writing job adverts

• Searching for suitable candidates online and looking at CV’s

• In time, interviewing candidates by telephone to create a shortlist of CV’s for the client

• Writing up coversheets and tidying up CV’s so they can be sent to the client

• Arranging interviews for candidates

• Getting interview feedback

You will need:

* Educated to GCSE, A Level or degree level or equivalent

* You don’t need any recruitment experience, just a keen attitude and enthusiastic.

* Ideally you will have experience of working in an office.

* Good communication skills (verbal and written)

* Able to use MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpont

* A happy, confident person

* Hard working, ambitious and committed

The role is part time, 25 hours a week, ideally 3 days a week but this can be spread over more days for the right candidate, the role will be home based.

We will develop your recruitment and office skills in the workplace and provide mentoring and career advice. Training will be given online and in person

The role offers uncapped commission on top of the salary for any successful placements. Please note this is a Kickstart job vacancy which means it is only open to 18-24 year olds who have been in receipt of Universal Credit for at least 13
