iRecruit are looking to speak with Sales, Telesales or Customer Service professionals that are interested in pursuing a lucrative career within the Recruitment industry. We are looking for an additional 2 Trainee Recruiters or Recruitment Resourcers to join the business, due to ongoing business growth. The positions will be based in our offices in Bawtry, Doncaster.

To be considered for this position you should have:

• Some experience working in a sales or telesales based position would be highly desirable
• Experience working in fast paced, target focussed environment.
• Willingness to pick up the phone and speak with candidates (job seekers) and eventually clients on a regular basis – the role of a Recruitment Consultant is heavily telephone based
• A full UK driving licence.
• Competitive nature and desire to succeed

What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant involve?

• Attracting candidates by using various tools such as; job boards, social media, referrals and networking events.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to match their skills, experience and expectations against the live vacancies we have available.
• Candidate registration and right to work checks
• Developing a good understanding of new and existing businesses we are working with is essential in order to provide a better level of service and to maintain/develop long lasting relationships with those companies.
• Using sales, marketing and business development techniques to secure new clients.
• Attending meetings with clients to gain a further understanding of their business and the requirements they have.
• Negotiating charge rates and terms of business with new clients
