Construction Manager

An experienced Construction manager is required with construction and internal fit out experience to work the construction of a £32 million distribution centre and office.

Reporting to the senior project Manager you will be responsible for trades and labour sub-contractors from initial site induction to resolutions of day to day works. The project encompasses concrete sub structures, Civils steel frame with associated M+E and external Civils works over a period of 18 months on this industrial building.

With a hands on approach and good handle on health and safety and managing the quality of works as well as coordination of sub-contractors trades over multiple work faces you will be experienced in managing a number of contractors simultaneously whist dealing with the reporting and meetings to ensure the program is managed throughout out the construction process

Ideally with a strong Main contractor background and used to working on projects in excess of £20m in value you must have valid C.S.C.S. card and S.M.S.T.S.
