Salary: £38,498 per year
Service Manager- Stowmarket/Ipswich – Full time 39hour role.
This is covering 3 services across the 2x area’s.
£38,498.4 per annum + benefits.
Full UK Driving license & Access to own vehicle essential due to travelling between services.
In this role there is 3 Assistant Service Managers over the 3 services, supporting 12 individuals currently. Amongst the service users there is different needs including; Learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism. Experience supporting individuals who have learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or complex needs.

The ideal Service Manager looks like this:
- Have a genuine desire to help, develop and maintain high quality service provision for the people we support in this service appropriate to their assessed needs.
- Has the skills and commitment to coaching and developing a team, with an emphasis on Practice Leadership with to develop and align practice.
- Understands the balance between keeping the person safe and positive risk taking.
- Has knowledge of the legal framework that apply in this service (e.g. DoLS, capacity and best interest requirements)
- Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience.
- Qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) level 3 or BILD course desirable, or must be willing to complete a diploma within 18 months of employment.
