Sphere Solution are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a programme of refurbishment works across MoD sites in the Plymouth area. You will join a forward thinking team that put delivery and safety at the forefront of their agenda, working in partnership with the client to deliver refurbishment and building services works across a number of bases up to £5M
The opportunity will offer variation and as the Project Manager you will take responsibility for delivering multiple projects simultaneously at any one time. This will include: agreeing a scope of works, working with the client to plan the delivery of the projects, manage subcontractors, ensure on site health and safety is compliant, work within CDM regulation and ensure projects are delivered within both the programme and budget, working to set KPI’s.
The candidate:
- HNC/D qualification in a building or M/E discipline
- Experienced in a construction or property maintenance sectors in a similar role
- Understand CDM regulations
- SMSTS or IOSH
- Asbestos Awareness would be desirable
- Commercially astute
- Excellent IT skills – MS office and any experience of using CAFM will be advantage
- Need to be able to get full security clearance
On offer is a salary up to £52,800 with car allowance and good holiday allowance and working hours.
