Our Client a respected Building Services Company, are currently trying to fill a number of positions created by the recent acquisition of a Prestigious Healthcare Contract.

The Position is to manage Mechanical Services for a Healthcare Contract and manage the Mechanical Maintenance teams of craftsman, plumbers and other mechanical disciplines.

Duties:
Staff Assessments, evaluations, mentoring and moulding to achieve company standards and involvement with staff training, guidance assistance and support. Setting the standards of work, conduct on site and aiming to have a successful team who exceed expectations and company mechanical standards.
Arrange, attend and hold regular meetings regarding various aspects of mechanical and plumbing work including Health and Safety talks, responding to complaints, completing site audits, quotations on works and conducting compliance tests when required.

Responsible for Business Development and Client Liaison.
Dealing with site queries, Management of water treatment, assisting with technical investigations, use of Building Management System and responsible for Legislation Compliance

Assisting with Contract renewals, Call outs and management of service log books.
Assist maintenance Engineers and when necessary working hands on as and when required.

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled craftsman, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop relationships.

Someone with outstanding problem solving skills, who thrives under pressure in a fast paced environment. An excellent understanding of Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreement, the ability to read technical drawings and to work within profit targets.

We are looking for an all rounder with a solid, stable background in the building services and maintenance industry, knowledge of maintenance in a critical environment in the healthcare sector would be ideal.

A team player who is hardworking, dedicated, multi skilled and comes from a
Mechanical background ideally having completed a full mechanical apprenticeship in a trade like plumbing, refrigeration or Air Conditioning.

Qualifications
City and Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent.
Excellent word skills, computer literate and a meticulous attention to detail.

Hours: 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.
