Distribution Coordinator

Salary: £28,800 per year

A great opportunity to join a lively team as a Distribution Co-ordinator.

Working 41.5 hours a week – rotational shifts – Monday – Friday 7.30am – 17:30 and one in four Friday’s 8am – 12 noon.

This client is relocating in October from Rugby to Binley so the successful candidate must be happy to work from both locations

The main duties of this role will include:

– Taking and scheduling of orders to make deliveries

– Administering the allocation of materials, their repair and charging, receipt of orders and despatch

– Ensuring all administration is raised in a timely manner for all customers both internal and external.

– Responding to customer queries and price requests.

– Acting as a single point of contact for the customer for all issues

– Liaising closely with a team of service engineers, production depots and the regional mortar sales force.

– Must be computer literate

– Must be a good, confident clear communicator with excellent customer service skills

– Previous experience in either a call centre or administration centre would be an advantage.
