Salary: £40,800 per year

We are currently recruiting for a Product Trainer to join a leading North East Company. This is an exciting new permanent role created to deliver software training and provide support to a customer base which includes various medical practices, hospital trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups. In return, a fantastic salary package will be offered to the successful Product Trainer candidate.

Providing implementation support, the successful Product Trainer will report to the Senior Product Implementation Consultant. Working with one of the largest providers in their sector, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful organisation and lead, coordinate and deliver successful implantation of software products in order that client needs are met.

A competitive salary up to £40,800plus attractive benefits package will be offered to the successful Product Trainer candidate. Once fully trained, this role may become a hybrid role consisting of one or two days in the office per year.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Trainer role:

  • Support Successful projects to allow new and existing clients to maximise use of their product
  • Work closely with various parties to ensure successful implementation
  • Design online courses and supporting video content
  • Advertise and deliver training sessions
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the functions of, and enhancements to the TeamNet Platform
  • Manage own workload being accountable for own decisions
  • Adhere to ISO27001 standards
  • Undertake any other relative tasks as necessary

Ideal Skills, Experience & Qualifications sought for Product Trainer

  • Strong Training experience including classroom and virtual platforms
  • Experience working with software development teams employing agile methodology
  • Experience of working cross-functionally with a variety of parties at all levels
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of IT literacy with an enthusiasm for the productive use of IT Systems
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Excelling in delivery of customer service
  • Good educational background; degree level preferred
  • Enjoys working to and exceeding targets
  • Able to maintain a high motivation / high energy approach to work

The Product Trainer position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a newly created role with an established and leading company, providing essential product training and implementation support to both new and existing customers.

Whilst providing first class training for the product, please note that the role does not require software development or in-depth technical skills.
