Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Consultant / Trainer for my client based in Sheffield. Working as part of a consultancy group the role will be responsible for carrying out generalist learning & development activities across a range of clients meeting their individual needs and expectations.
Focussing largely on customer service and sales training but with the opportunity to expand the L&D offering you will work closely with clients designing and delivery training solutions to their needs.
The role will also focus on the full training cycle from TNA, design, delivery and evaluation with the majority of time spent delivering on soft skills such as customer service, motivation, communications, sales, maximising performance management etc. The role could also facilitate more technical training for the clients identifying training needs and ensuring appropriate training is implemented.
Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in delivering interpersonal skills training within a variety of settings. Combined with this is the ability to hit the ground running and you should be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills. You should be engaging, professional and focussed on delivery.
There will be a high degree of UK travel and this could mean occasional overnights and this will also mean you should be able to work autonomously.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Proven experience of learning & development expertise
*Experience of customer focussed/sales training.
*A minimum of c5 years+ training experience
*Demonstrate experience of the full training cycle
*Experienced delivery of soft skills training
