Position: Onsite Engineer / Assistive Technology Trainer
Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Role Type: Full Time
Salary: £26,000per year

ROLE:
Due to an exciting phase of growth we are looking for a Trainer / Onsite IT Support to join our growing External Consultancy team.
You will be delivering and installing computer systems including all peripherals and software to our customers, including customer homes or college sites. Once the installation is complete you will be responsible for checking the system is in full working order and for demonstrating to our clients how to operate their system and software.
You will have a passion for technology; excellent communication skills and the desire to succeed in helping us drive our business forward.
The successful applicant will be subject to a CRB disclosure, upon acceptance.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Excellent IT Skills
b) Able to prioritise their own work load
c) Effective communicator with excellent customer service skills
d) Full UK driving licence
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
a) Experience in delivering training on a one to one basis or in groups would be advantageous, although full training will be given.
You may also have experience of the following: Systems Engineer, Trainer, Assistive Technology, Installations, Configuration, IT Trainer, Software Solutions, E-learning, Training Consultant, Software Trainer, Setup etc.
