A bespoke developer in North London have an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. Our client has been founded for 20 years and are an award winning privately-owned developer of new homes.
Their new homes are built on carefully selected prime residential locations. Schemes range from small to medium size estates to bespoke mix use developments incorporating traditional build houses and low / medium rise blocks of flats.

The Role:
As a Senior Estimator you will be office based, working on a range of housing / developing schemes
- Undertake the preparation of tenders and bid proposals allocated by the Procurement Manager for presentation to the senior management team.
- Provide all information necessary for inclusion within the written bid submission.
- Attend pre-contract handover meetings, all necessary bid meetings and client meetings as requested throughout the tender process.

Salary up to £60,000 – £84,000 + car or allowance + benefits
