The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role
– Thorough research into the market, get first contact with new clients
– Maintain and manage client and candidate relationships
– Set up, attend and run client meetings
– Arrange and hold candidate Interviews
– Perform interview preparation and gain interview feedback once complete
– Short list candidates against previous clients requirements
– Close deals and hit KPI`s

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
– On track for a minimum of a 2:1
– Strong phone manner
– Confident and social team player
– German Language skills are ideal but not essential
– Comfortable talking to high net worth individuals
– Any prior experience working to targets would be highly beneficial
– Solid communication skills
