Do you have a relevant Supply Chain degree?
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team and oversee their distribution function.
As Logistics Manager your duties will include:
* Managing the distribution function of the business
* Ensuring forecasting & distibution processes are in place
* Identifying opportunities to streamline operations
* Monitoring supplier costs ensuring they are competitive
* Inventory reports
* Optimising supply chain & manufacturing processes
* Completing payroll for direct reports
* Ensuring capacity in warehouse meets requirements.
An ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Manager will have:
* Previous experience of supply chain within a manufacturing enviroment
* Relevant Supply Chain degree
* Strong planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Outstanding leadership skills
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
