Salary: £45,600 – £55,200 per year
We need a truly great Family Solicitor to join a truly great team that are expanding.

This is a hybrid role – that the split of Work from Home and in the office is mainly your choice – so you can be in the office just one day a month or more if you prefer – your work life balance – your choice.
So what will your working day be?
Managing a caseload whilst providing excellent client care.
Regular communication and face to face meetings with clients where required
Providing end to end advice and support on a wide range of family law issues
Working with cases in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried Couples, Property Disputes and Children
Advising clients in relation to prenuptial, post-nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements
Ensuring cases are progressing in accordance with the firm’s plan
Drafting documents to support advice given
Producing documents for clients, professional persons and third parties.
Providing relative material for the firm’s social media platform
Promoting team working
What Will You Bring to the Role?
Solid experience of financial remedies and family law matters
An ability to disseminate information from the client to form a clear view and ability to exhibit commercial awareness whilst thinking on your feet
Tact and diplomacy
Eye for detail
Able to meet deadlines and exceed targets
Able to identify opportunities and make constructive suggestions for change
Be self-motivated and proactive
