Family Solicitor

Our client a highly regarded law firm, based in the heart of Chelmsford pride themselves on providing their clients with both a personal and quality service. Now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Family Solicitor to join their growing team and head up their Family Department.

The Role

• You will be expected to handle a mixed caseload of family law related matters, including divorce, separation, cohabitation, civil partnership disputes, children issues
• Dealing with enquiries, speaking with clients and other parties over the phone, in written correspondence and face to face
• Assisting with growing the business, working with the team to develop new opportunities
• You will be involved in writing articles for the website and publications to attending business networking events

Skills Required

• You ideally will be 3 years + PQE seeking genuine career progression
• Be passionate about growing and developing the Family Department
• There is potential for future Directorship for the right person
• Provide exceptional customer service and client care
• Have excellent time management skills
• Good standard of written and spoken English
