Salary: £34,800 – £37,200 per year
Monitoring & Evaluation Project Manager
This unique role is to provide high quality project management support for a not for profit organisation, based in either York or London, across a wide range of projects and activities to achieve appropriate targets – particularly in terms of impact, quality, Value for Money and agreed timelines.
You will be involved in the following areas:
* Working across internal teams to identify and, where appropriate, implement mitigating actions or to escalate issues
* Implementing effective monitoring to measure progress towards agreed targets and milestones
* Managing relationships with staff across the organisation, sub-contractors and partners to maintain effective communications
* Ensuring partnership arrangements for the programme are appropriate and managed effectively, using best practice procurement and contract management processes
* Ensuring collection of accurate and timely data on which to base reporting, internally and externally. Analysing and interpreting this data.
* Assisting in the development of proposals for new work
The successful Project Manager will provide high quality project management support for the delivery of monitoring and evaluation outputs across this organisations’ CPD programmes. You will work cross-functionally across teams to develop and maintain a systematic approach to programme evaluation, coordinating delivery with stakeholders internally and externally as appropriate to ensure high quality M&E outputs are delivered to time, cost and quality.
You would benefit by having knowledge and experience of managing programme evaluation, including an understanding of how to evidence outcomes and impact to stakeholders.
Our Ideal candidate will have
* Experience in (or assisting in) managing contracts and projects as an existing Project Manager or in a role that uses the same skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience of report writing
* A proven ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
