£26,844 per annum + £500 annual bonus

We are looking for an Administrator to work as part of a small, busy team in Bridgnorth who has excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, as well as a passion for providing great customer service.

Training on our products and systems will be provided, so if you have the enthusiasm to learn and have previous work experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role, we would love to hear from you.

Within the Trade Counter we use a computer-based system called SAP for a range of tasks, therefore, we are looking for a candidate with strong IT skills ideally with experience of using an ERP or CRM database type system – but this isn’t essential as training can be offered to the right candidate

At the Trade Counter, we aim to provide every customer with the best customer experience and as an Administrator you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether this be over the phone or via email.

Daily tasks could include:

• Advising and looking into delivery queries
• Organising returns or exchanges
• Producing invoices
• Processing payments and providing credit notes
• Processing sales orders
• Providing customer support on product queries
• Assisting on the Trade Counter when required to cover holidays or sickness etc.
