Temporary Housing Officer

An opportunity has arisen to help support a large Housing Association in the role of Community Housing Officer.
This role is full time and based in South East Wales.
Job role includes:
-The delivery of excellent housing management and housing support services to tenants and leaseholders.
-Ensure that the housing service is actively engaging with the tenants to make sure that issues and ideas are being voices.
-Leading and developing initiatives to ensure involvement of members and residents.
-Deliver an excellent community housing service including tenancy and property management, estate management and sheltered housing support services.
