Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Our client is a small vibrant and exciting Fashion House operating within high and traditional fashion across Omni-Channel environments.
They now seek a Junior Merchandiser / Junior Commercial Manager to work alongside the Commercial Manager and in conjunction with their key wholesale retailing client.
Key aspects of the role include:
Playing a pivotal role within the wholesale team and responsible for jointly building & managing the strategic trading plan across their wholesale client.
Providing and using merchandising analysis to manage and maximise stock availability and sales opportunities across all online & retail sales channels.
Responsibility of implementing the trading strategy, reviewing progress and budgets against targets whilst making changes and improvements and refreshing the plan where required.
The Person
You already possess circa 2-3 years’ merchandising / commercial experience and are now looking for that next career step
You are currently at a similar level to an Assistant Merchandiser with an eagerness and desire to embark upon a new challenge within an energetic, exciting and dynamic business.
Key attributes / skills:
* You LOVE systems and data
* You are able to build a budget and breakdown a sales plan into granular detail
* You are highly commercial with a motivated passion for wanting to be involved in other aspects of the business such as marketing & logistics to help drive forward the department.
* You will be responsible for the day to day data management and trading of the departments’ business working alongside the Commercial Manager on key trading decisions.
* You will have the opportunity to be involved in product buying and also attend buying appointments.
