This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career within a Service department as an Senior Service Advisor with a Premium Car Dealer Group in the Newbury Area.

We are looking for a Senior Service Advisor with Franchised Dealership experience who has the skills to lead a team with the support of the Aftersales Manager. Our client is looking for someone who has a strong customer focus and is well organised and able to prioritise workload.

Successful Candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing service bookings.
• Leading the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring a Service core process is followed.
• Focusing the team on the key drivers within the core process to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Using the latest video technology to keep customers informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle.
• Delivering budgeted labour sales and added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties, which are key to the department’s financial success.
• Liaising and reporting to Aftersales Manager.
