Due to increasing business levels AM2PM Recruitment Solutions are urgently recruiting for a On-Site Team Leader to work in our busy industrial and commercial operation based in Charlton, SE7

The role will be supporting a busy industrial and call centre operation

Daily duties will include:

• Performance management including KPI checking
• Assisting with inductions
• Stock control (PPE)
• Assisting with return to works
• Meet and Greet with new starters
• Conduct one 2 one with the staff and also Team Leaders
• Daily meeting with myself at the end of the day for a run down of the days activity
• Resource (looking through CV’s for suitable candidates)
• Conducting phone interviews
• Assisting with assessments

This is an exciting and challenging role supporting one of our major e-commerce clients

Hours of work will be 4 days on and 4 days off, 12 hours shifts, times depending on business requirements-during peak and busy periods additional hours may be required
