Our client, a global automotive supplier of lighting systems for cars of brands is looking for a Sr Quality Engineer/ Team Leader to support one of their major clients: BMW.
This is a great opportunity offering competitive salary and monthly travel to Germany. The ideal candidate will be a Customer Quality Engineer with 5 years of experience within the automotive industry and fluent in German & English.
You will be developing great working relationships with customers and suppliers and reassuring product/ part delivery according to the supplier specification; Developing and introduction of standardised performance management processes and reports such as: 8D Report, Action Plan, PMP

Ideal Experience and Quality knowledge:
Relevant Engineering Degree
3+ Years of automotive experience in Supply Chain, QA and/or Development Engineering
Ability to read CAD drawings
Working knowledge of TS16949, QS9000 or ISO9001
Six Sigma, QMS, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 5S, Control Plans, 8D Report and Pareto Analysis
