Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a yard assistant in the Teeside area. This is to start asap.
The successful candidate must be computer literate for data inputting duties, numerate as handling cash payments and have good communication skills for dealing with customers/public coming into the yard.
Duties will also include manual yard duties, working on the weighbridge – where training will be given
Experience with FLT driving is needed and any experience with plant machinery would be an advantage but not essential.
You must be a reliable, trust worthy charachter who is willing to learn procedures in the yard.
Working 7.30 – 4.45 Mon – Fri, Some Saturday work will apply, where an overtime rate will be paid on top of the basic salary. The annual salary is £26,000based on 45 hours per year.
