A number of vacancies have recently become available at a busy call centre based in central Birkenhead. Please see details below:
* As an agent you will be taking inbound calls only from customers and dealing with any general enquiries and complaints they may have about a products or the company you represent.
* Our client works on behalf of a variety of large retailers. As such, a typical call would include the following: returns, refunds, exchanges, tracking orders, placing orders and updating customer records etc.
* On a shift, you will be expected to communicate with customers both over the phone and also via email, therefore all applicants must be computer literate.
Hours and pay:
* The position is full time with agents working a 40 hour week on a rota basis where they work 5 out of 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday between 7am – 10pm. Shifts will generally last around 8 hours.
* The rate of pay will be £26,000per year
