This well-known estate agency with over 30 years’ experience in letting and property management in South East, London and Kent areas now have a requirement for 2 customer service representatives. This organisation now let in excess of 3000 properties each year.

Your new role
Residential Lettings is a fast paced and demanding role, and very rewarding. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and potential customers.You will be responsible for the booking of check in and checkout jobs involving data entry. In addition ensuring the following day’s job sheets are ready for invoicing and distribution. You will also get involved with assisting the team leaders with giving feedback on the properties and valuing properties.

What you’ll need to succeed

The correct candidate should have a mature character and is computer literate with good organisation and time management skills. The ideal candidate should have an interest in property with the ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload. You will need a background in customer service or administration with at least a year’s letting experience.

Hours of work

Mon – Friday 8.30am- 6 pm
