Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

Operations Manager

Based in Lincolnshire

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Responsible for all site Operations, this includes Warehousing (goods in and out), Consumable stocks, Manufacturing, Production staff and managing the associated Operations budgets.

Role Responsibilities:

* Manage goods in and out, ensuring all goods received are logged and paperwork complies with legislation and goods out are logged and correct paperwork is completed and all information stored.

* Manage the Consumable stock over both sites including all packaging and additives

* Manage the production over both sites ensuring the production managers and staff are achieving required KPIS to achieve budget

* Help oversee any new projects in terms of new machinery

* Help Implement and maintain Production procedures for safe systems of work

* Manage All production staff over both sites, including Holidays, overtime, sickness and disciplinaries

* Manage associated Operations costs against budgeted numbers

* Manage relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Plastic or Recycling environment in management

* Proficient with PC based systems to manage and record keeping

* Good understanding of H&S

* Good communication skills
