Plumbing and Heating Supervisor / Manager

We are a small locally based company with an excellent reputation within the Plumbing and Heating industry.

We are currently looking for a specialist within the sector to support the managing director and manage our service, operations and breakdowns.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Manage a team of engineers on a daily basis, sharing expertise and effective daily management
Cover engineer role “in the field” when required
Project-manage and price large projects and installation work
Provide excellent customer service
Raise purchase orders and collate and issue accurate invoices
Liaise with landlords and letting agencies
Telephone communications with new and existing customers
Overall responsibility of maintaining engineer’s diaries

Must be flexible, committed and able to work long hours during busy times when required
Honest with a positive attitude
Ability to think on your feet and change plans as required
Must be gas qualified with a good knowledge of plumbing and heating is vital
Excellent customer relations and work well in a team
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure
Good knowledge or a strong willingness to learn demographic of Norwich and the surrounding areas
Must be computer literate
Must hold a full driving licence
THE PACKAGE:

Salary Range: Up to £54,000pa based on experience
