Our client is looking to offer two junior members of staff the opportunity to join them in a customer service role with the opportunity to progress to an Account Manager role if desired.

Vacancy – Customer Service Advisor

Location – near Sutton, Surrey

Working hours – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (core hours)

Salary – up to £28,800 per annum + commission

Young, fun, dynamic company with cool offices based near Sutton, Surrey are looking for hard working young professionals with an excellent telephone manner.

Simply put, our client is a business that works as a virtual office for electricians.

They give smaller independent electricians their lives back by looking after their emails, quotes, telephone enquiries, materials purchasing and diary management.

Your role will involve booking appointments for electricians, booking jobs and dealing with any overflow calls to the Customer Account Managers.

There is no sales, only customer service calls and administration – working alongside the Account Managers in a small, friendly office environment.

This business has grown organically over the last 3 years with no advertising or marketing so far.

The director’s vision sees the business growing steadily over the next 5 years.

He is now looking for new people to be part of that growth with the possible opportunity to progress onto an Account Manager role.
